Settings (iOS)

Open Settings from the Settings tab in the bottom tab bar.

The Settings screen is organized into sections:

Displays your name and email. Tap Edit Profile to open the profile editor — update your first name, last name, and phone number. See Profile.

Appears only if your device has biometric hardware enrolled (Face ID, Touch ID, or Optic ID). Toggle biometric sign-in on or off here. See Security.

Temperature Units — a switch to choose Fahrenheit (°F, the default) or Celsius (°C). It applies everywhere temperatures appear: the Live Dashboard header and weather section. Wind speed switches with it — mph for Fahrenheit, km/h for Celsius.

The choice saves to your account, so it carries over to the web app and your other devices. It’s a display preference only; it doesn’t change how weather data is fetched or which locations are supported.

Control which notification types Grid Getter sends to your device — automation actions, DemandGuard alerts, Tesla connection alerts, and billing events. See Notification Settings.

Manage your Tesla connection. Shows current connection status. Tap to connect, reconnect, or disconnect. See Tesla Connection.

View your current plan and manage your App Store subscription. Tap Manage Subscription to see tier details and upgrade options. See Subscription.

  • Refresh Push Notifications — re-registers your device token with Grid Getter’s backend if notifications stop arriving
  • App Info — app version, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and a link to this help documentation
  • Sign Out — ends your session

  • Help & Documentation — opens this documentation site in your browser.
  • Report a Bug — send us a bug report with an optional screenshot and diagnostic logs. You can also start one by taking a screenshot anywhere in the app. See Report a bug.
  • Rate Grid Getter — opens the App Store so you can leave a review. Grid Getter may also show the App Store’s own rating prompt now and then at a good moment; there’s nothing to set up.

Delete Account — permanently removes your Grid Getter account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. See Account.
