Activity Log (iOS)

The Activity Log shows every action Grid Getter has taken on your behalf — automation triggers, battery reserve changes, and DemandGuard decisions.

Two ways to open it:

  • Alerts tab — switch to Automation or DemandGuard at the top
  • Automations screen — tap the Activity Log card

Both show the same log. The Alerts tab keeps it one tap away; the Automations entry opens it as its own screen.

Views

Automation — actions triggered by your Custom Schedule, Peak Time, and DemandGuard automations. Each card shows the automation name, the action taken (e.g., battery reserve set to 30%), the timestamp, and whether it succeeded.

DemandGuard — DemandGuard’s minute-by-minute decisions, grouped into runs (see below). Requires a DemandGuard subscription; without one, this view shows an Upgrade prompt.

Filters

Time Range — 24h, 7d, 30d, or Custom. Custom opens start and end date pickers (with time); tap Apply to load.

Filter by Type — on the Automation view, pills narrow the list to a single automation type: All, Custom Schedule, Peak Time, and so on.

DemandGuard run cards

DemandGuard activity is grouped the same way as on the web Activity Log: by run, then by demand period.

Your active run sits at the top, labeled Current Run with its mode (e.g. “Solar Surplus”) and an end time that reads ”– now”. Older runs are grouped by day under Previous Runs.

Each period card shows:

  • Its time range and reading count, plus X min left while the period is still active
  • A totals strip — Total Grid, Total Battery, and Total Solar (kWh), your Battery Range, and Period Demand
  • Individual readings — the most recent reading shows automatically; tap Show N earlier measurements to expand the rest

Each reading shows whether your home drew from grid or battery, your battery percentage, Storm Watch status, the Grid + Battery + Solar breakdown that made up your load, and the action taken.
