Grid Getter includes the following SRP plans. Select yours during energy plan setup and all seasons, TOU windows, and rates are filled in automatically.

The rates for E-28, E-16, E-26, E-27, E-13, and E-14 come from SRP’s November 2025 ratebooks, including the January 2026 transmission cost adjustment decrease. Peak hours are Monday through Friday and exclude SRP’s holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, each as observed); Grid Getter does not model the holiday exclusions.
E-28 — Conserve 6–9 p.m. and Save
Section titled “E-28 — Conserve 6–9 p.m. and Save”A time-of-day plan with a short evening peak, 6–9 PM on weekdays all year, and super off-peak hours from 8 AM to 3 PM every day, including weekends and holidays. It has no demand charge. SRP’s ratebook says it is open to customers with on-site generation, and it also applies to homes without solar. Customers with solar are paid SRP’s per-kWh export credit for energy sent to the grid. Availability is subject to equipment availability, as determined by SRP.
SRP plans to move customers still on E-26, E-13, or E-14 to E-28 when those plans are eliminated in November 2029.
E-16 — Manage Demand 5–10 p.m. and Save
Section titled “E-16 — Manage Demand 5–10 p.m. and Save”A time-of-use plan with a demand charge. Peak is 5–10 PM on weekdays all year, with super off-peak hours from 8 AM to 3 PM every day. The demand charge is one price per kW for each season, applied to the average of your highest one-hour on-peak demand on each day of the billing cycle, so a single high day moves it less than it would on a plan that bills your single highest peak. Like E-28, it is open to homes with or without solar and pays the per-kWh export credit for energy sent to the grid. Availability is subject to equipment availability, as determined by SRP.
SRP plans to move customers still on E-27 to E-16 when E-27 is eliminated in November 2029.
E-26 — Time-Of-Use Price Plan
Section titled “E-26 — Time-Of-Use Price Plan”SRP’s time-of-use plan for homes without solar. It has no demand charge. E-26 is frozen to new participation as of the November 2025 billing cycle and will be eliminated in November 2029, when remaining customers move to E-28. SRP limits the plan to customers without on-site generation, with a limited exception for older solar installations that SRP’s ratebook describes.
E-27 — Customer Generation Price Plan
Section titled “E-27 — Customer Generation Price Plan”SRP’s solar plan with tiered demand charges: the first 3 kW, the next 7 kW, and all additional kW of your on-peak demand are priced at three increasing rates. Energy exported to the grid offsets what you import, and surplus is credited at the plan’s retail per-kWh price. It is limited to residential customers with on-site generation. E-27 is eliminated in November 2029, when remaining customers move to E-16. DemandGuard uses these demand charges to optimize your battery discharge.
E-13 — Time-Of-Use Export Price Plan
Section titled “E-13 — Time-Of-Use Export Price Plan”A time-of-use plan for customers with solar, with no demand charge. Energy sent to the grid is paid the Per Exported kWh Credit. It is limited to residential customers with on-site generation. E-13 is eliminated in November 2029, when remaining customers move to E-28.
E-14 — Electric Vehicle Export Price Plan
Section titled “E-14 — Electric Vehicle Export Price Plan”The E-13 peak hours plus super off-peak hours from 11 PM to 5 AM every day, with no demand charge. Energy sent to the grid is paid the Per Exported kWh Credit. It is limited to residential customers with on-site generation. E-14 is eliminated in November 2029, when remaining customers move to E-28.
E-15 — Customer Gen Average Demand
