E-26 — Customer Generation TOU
Section titled “E-26 — Customer Generation TOU”The most common plan for SRP customers with solar and battery. Peak hours are 3–8 PM on weekdays, with demand charges based on your highest kW draw during peak periods. DemandGuard uses these demand charges to optimize your battery discharge.
E-27 — Customer Generation TOU (Legacy)
Section titled “E-27 — Customer Generation TOU (Legacy)”A grandfathered plan no longer available to new customers. Summer peak runs 1–8 PM, and winter has a split peak schedule. No demand charges.
E-13 — Standard Residential TOU
Section titled “E-13 — Standard Residential TOU”Standard time-of-use without demand charges. Peak is 3–8 PM weekdays. A good fit for customers without solar who want to shift usage to off-peak hours.
E-15 — Time-of-Use with Demand
Section titled “E-15 — Time-of-Use with Demand”Similar to E-26 but designed for non-solar customers. Includes demand charges and peak hours of 3–8 PM weekdays.
E-14 — Basic Residential
Section titled “E-14 — Basic Residential”Flat rate with no time-of-use periods or demand charges. The simplest plan, but offers the least opportunity for battery optimization since rates don’t vary by time.
